Introduction
This policy applies to all orders from TENKUU 天空雑貨店.
Please read the following before placing your order.
For customers in the EU and Hungary: 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you may withdraw from your purchase (return it) for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To notify us of your withdrawal, email info@tenkuu-world.com or use theWithdrawal Form(14日以内の返品はこちら) から
- Within 14 days of notifying us, please ship the goods back to the address below in Hungary.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- If the value of the goods has decreased due to use, we deduct only that portion from your refund.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of confirming arrival of the returned goods, using the original payment method (via Stripe).
- Exception: fully custom pieces made at your request (selecting from existing designs, such as cord colors, does not count as custom).
For customers in Japan
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of arrival, for unused items only.
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started (except for defective items).
Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge before production begins.
We will notify you by email when production of a made-to-order piece starts.
Damaged or misdelivered items
Please contact us with photos within 3 days of arrival.
We will replace or refund the item at our expense.
Refund method
Refunds are made via Stripe to your original payment method (processing takes 5–10 business days).
