All items in our shop are handmade with great care.
Because each piece is unique, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or partial refund if appropriate.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Contacting us more than 7 days after the product has arrived.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
